Listen Linda! When I first seen this online for the price compared to others I was very skeptical. I actually had a different one ordered at first but they kept delaying my order and I was growing impatient so I ended up just cancelling and ordering this one. Im very glad I did because this is the absolute perfect size for me. I realized I didn't want anything to big for this space.Anyway this thing is a BEAST. I fill it up with good quality alkaline water and place my herbs and oils in the little white box inside the sauna not in the tank itself! I let it warm up and do its thing on the highest level for 15 minutes and its ready to go. Place a towel over the steamer and tube too it helps is warm up faster. ALSO when you're putting the top on the steamer after to fill it, make sure you fit the top in the little groves AND THEN TURN to lock it in. Otherwise the top will rattle and some steam will escape.But the temperature is more than enough. I challenge myself to stay in for 30 min at the highest level but its hard lol.Last thing, anything that deals with moisture I like to take apart and dry out, but I will be using this twice a day so it wouldnt make sense for me to try and dry this out for the next use but if youre going to use this once or twice a week you may want to take the two tubes apart and let them dry out because Im OCD about mold. And you don't want to breathe any mycotoxins in. Other than that BUY it!Spirit and Health to ALL :)
