Purchased this for travel. Works great, heats up in seconds, doesn't take much work...fill it, plug it in, and use. Compact enough for suitcase. Great value for the money. A must have when traveling.Neither my partner nor I use many clothes that require steaming, but I bought this since his graduation was around the corner and I knew I'd need to steam his robe and hood. It did a great job and I was able to get the creases out surprisingly quickly. I was too scared to try it over the crushed velvet areas of the sleeves, front, and hood, but it was perfect for the rest. My only complaint was how often I had to refill the tiny water compartment, but that's to be expected from a tiny travel steamer.I like everything about this product.I needed this for a wedding I was in Jamaica and it worked very well steam my Gown Perfectly.I like the color, heat up quickly and steam well.I bought this product because I have a lot of clothing, and not enough storage. This leads to clothing being jammed into my drawers, which leads to lots of wrinkles. I wanted something to get the wrinkles out quick that would be easier than digging out the iron. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I wouldn’t say it gets out a hundred percent of the wrinkles, but so far it gets out enough every time that the clothing is much more presentable. My only complaint would be that you have to dump the water out right after you use it. If you don’t, the water gets very gross (looks like mildew or moldy of some sort) and it is unusable without cleaning it. This makes sense, but makes the product slightly less convenient if you leave water in it. if you forget to dump out the water, you have to clean out the steamer thoroughly before you can use it a next time. I realized this when I was in a rush one day, and it wasn’t convenient at all. I really didn’t have the time to scrub the thing. It defeated the purpose of being quick and easy. Other than that though, would definitely recommend and am happy with this product.I had a steamer for 6 years that was perfect for travel and it got lost. On the search for another, I tried steamers that didn't heat up enough, sputtered a lot and got my clothes wet, and were hard to fill the water reservoir. With this steamer, finally, all of these issues are overcome. This has a big opening for filling the water, yet is a good travel size. It heats up very fast. Nice steam, and no sputtering. This is a great steamer. I usually do one outfit at a time, and this did the whole outfit with half of the water still remaining. Definitely recommend!I am only able to get about 3 shirts done before the tank of water runs out. I do love that it won't let me open it until it has cooled (preventing burns)
