Have Product Questions? Q: Item will not turn on and continues beeping? A: 1. The water level is lower than the probe and MIN line. It will alarm to remind you to add water to prevent dry boiling. The water level is higher than the MAX line. It will alarm to prevent water spraying. Suggestion: Please don’t exceed the MAX line or lower than the MIN line when adding water. 2. The water quality is turbid and there are many bubbles. Suggestion: Please clean the water cup and change the water frequently. 3.When add distilled water or purified water, the electrolyte of these waters is missing and the conductivity is poor. The probe of the machine cannot recognize the existence of water quality, which will cause the machine to falsely alarm. Suggestion: If such a problem occurs, you can replace it with mineral water/tap water or add a little edible salt to distilled water. Studies have shown that using mineral water for skin fumigation is more helpful for skin care. 4.If the water cup is not tightened when installed, mist will enter the host from the bottom heat dissipation port during use, causing the circuit board to get damp. Suggestion: Place the instrument in a well-ventilated place to air dry. 5.The timer has not been reset.( After operating for a period of time, the machine sounds an alarm once the water level drops to the minimum threshold. Please don't worry – this is because the timer has not been reset. ) Suggestion: If you want to stop the beeping sound, turn the timer switch to “0”manually.
