First impression when I opened up was very nice. However, this steamer was very light and felt like a toy.My first trial was making dumplings, this went very nice. Problem started from this point. Stainless steel steamer had started to fade its beautiful color and made rust after couple of day storage. I tried to remove rust with metallic brush every time I cook. After several use, I noticed steamer had metal smell increasing. This is very odd experience since this is first time that steamer metal smell from the food... We decided to trash this steamer.Therefore, I can not recommend this product.
